Our clients’ health and safety as well as that of our team’s are priority number one for Peace of Mind Moving Managers.
The following are the key guidelines you should know about our work during
this time:
﹥ We will inquire about and accommodate any additional practices required by a community or facility a client may move to, within reason. For example, if a facility limits the number of people to move, it may impact how we can move and set up your new home.
﹥Team members who exhibit Covid symptoms, have tested positive or have been exposed to someone with Covid will be required to quarantine for 14 days before returning to work.
﹥While much of move planning can be handled remotely, when it comes time to enter the client’s home or meet in person, Peace of Mind will ask clients if they have tested positive, been exposed to someone with Covid or have symptoms that could indicate Covid. If there is a probable risk of exposure for our team, we will reschedule. (Again, there may be alternative ways to achieve some tasks remotely, such as videoconferencing consultation sessions.)
﹥Our team will wear face masks and will wash their hands regularly. We ask clients to please provide adequate ventilation and cooling in work areas to make mask wearing more comfortable.
﹥The Peace of Mind team will practice social distancing whenever possible.
